Exchange & Returns Policy
TTS hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return an item, please return the item with a completed Returns Form. Goods may be returned by Australia Post and we recommend that your article is registered or insured as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us. Please ensure you keep a record of the registration or insurance until you are satisfied that we have received the goods. We are happy to accept items for exchange up to 60 days after the despatch date.

Reasons for return
Faulty Item
Truckers Toy Store is willing to replace any item deemed to be at fault by manufacturing. Items should be returned to Truckers Toy Store with the completed returns form you received with your order. Items deemed faulty will be replaced free of additional freight charges. Items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department and items which have been purposely tampered with will not qualify for an exchange.
